SONOMA, Calif., Oct. 30, 2018 – Chris Reiter takes complex issues and simplifies them to help clients understand how to best meet their employee benefits business objectives. He joins Lockton’s newly opened Sonoma office to drive the best outcome for clients through strategic employee benefits consulting.
“Chris brings great energy to the office and a list of specializations which includes the wine industry,” said Phil Pierce, senior vice president of operations for Northern California offices. “He will help Lockton build out our employee benefits business in the North Coast wine country while also collaborating with clients to solve complex business challenges.”
Reiter has worked on and helped create customized programs with leading health insurers specifically delivering tailored solutions for wine businesses. He also specializes in construction, independent grocery stores, technology, biotech and research institutions, and retail and wholesale trade.
Reiter brings more than 20 years of experience. Clients trust his advice on strategic planning, financial management, alternative funding, employee well-being, compliance, and industry focused purchasing collectives to drive the best outcomes.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business logistics from Penn State University.
